Do you carry merchandise for all colleges and universities?
We strive to offer a wide selection of schools, but availability depends on our vendor partnerships. If you don’t see your school, let us know—we’re always looking to expand!
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our marketplace, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Why do I have multiple shipping costs for my order?
At Alma Mater, we partner with multiple vendors, each of whom manages their own inventory and fulfillment. Because of this, shipping rates may vary between vendors.
If you purchase from multiple vendors, shipping charges will be applied based on each of their rates.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by vendor and location. Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via standard carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We may expand international shipping in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you ordered from multiple vendors, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
